Executive Vice President and Chief Sales Officer, Americas,
at SAS, to its Board of Directors (the “Board”) upon the
closing of the Company’s previously announced business combination
with Founder SPAC (Nasdaq: FOUN) (“Founder”).

Officer, Americas, at SAS, Ms. Henderson leads dedicated teams
