(NASDAQ:GRILE) today announced that its audit committee has engaged Moss Adams LLP as the company's new independent accountant, replacing PricewaterhouseCoopers. The company also said it has advised Nasdaq that its Form 10-Q for the June 27, 2004 interim period has been filed with the SEC.
