Home Federal Bancorp, Inc. of Louisiana (the “Company”) is unable to file with the Securities and Exchange Commission its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended June 30, 2023 (the “Form 10-K”) within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense. The Company plans to file the Form 10-K no later than the fifteenth calendar day following the prescribed due date.
