Hemlock Federal Financial Corporation Announces Dividend of 17 Cents Per Share OAK FOREST, Ill., April 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Hemlock Federal Financial Corporation , the parent corporation of Hemlock Federal Bank for Savings ("Hemlock Federal"), has announced that the Corporation will pay a cash dividend of $.17 per share in the second quarter of 2004. The dividend will be payable on May 10, 2004, to shareholders of record as of April 30, 2004. Hemlock Federal serves Cook County, Illinois through Hemlock Federal's main office located at 5700 W. 159th St., Oak Forest, and 5 branch offices located in Oak Lawn, Lemont, Bolingbrook and Chicago's Little Village and Back of the Yards areas.
