On February 25, 2008, HydroGen Corporation, a Nevada corporation, issued a press release announcing it has produced and delivered its first 400 kW module. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
