On May 30, 2024, Jamf Holding Corp. (the “Company”) held its 2024 Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the “Annual Meeting”). The three proposals considered at the Annual Meeting are described in the Company’s Definitive Proxy Statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 19, 2024.
