Agreement Will Lead to Increased Efficiency and Process
Optimization CINCINNATI, Dec. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- LanVision
Systems, Inc. (NASDAQ:LANV) dba Streamline Health today announced
that the University of Virginia Health System will implement the
company's point of registration document workflow solution --
RegScan(TM) in 2006. The University of Virginia Health System will
implement RegScan to increase the efficiency of their patient
registration processes. By electronically capturing patient
insurance cards, driver's licenses, Advance Beneficiary Notices,
consent forms, and other documents at the point of registration,
subsequent access to the information will be accomplished quickly
and accurately. Access to complete information on insurance
carriers, policy numbers, personal identification and physician
authorization will lead to increased efficiencies throughout the
health system. Moreover, the RegScan implementation will occur in a
seamless fashion with the hospital's registration system resulting
in greater productivity throughout the revenue cycle. Robbbyrda
