(NASDAQ:LEND) (�Accredited� or �Company�) today announced that a NASDAQ Listing Qualifications Panel (the �Panel�) has granted the Company�s request for continued listing of the Company�s securities on The NASDAQ Global Select Market. The Company�s continued listing is subject to certain conditions, including the filing of the Company�s Form 10?K for the fiscal year ended December�31, 2006 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (�SEC�) by August 1, 2007 and the filing of the Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2007 with the SEC by August 19, 2007. As previously announced, Accredited received notices of non-compliance from NASDAQ due to the delay in the filing of the Company�s Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2006 and Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2007.
