(NASDAQ:LYTS) today reported that the Audit Committee of its Board of Directors has appointed Deloitte & Touche LLP as the Company's Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm for fiscal year 2006. This appointment concludes a thorough evaluation process that began last month. During the time period the Company had engaged Grant Thornton, there were no disagreements on any matter of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedure which, if not resolved to the satisfaction of Grant Thornton, would have caused it to make a reference to the subject matter in connection with its audit report.
