Mace Security International, Inc. ("Mace" or the "Company") (NASDAQ Global: MACE) today announced that its subsidiary, Mace CSSS, Inc. has successfully integrated the award-winning VideoIQ into its SureView™ advanced remote video monitoring and management platform.

VideoIQ, the inventor of the world’s first and only intelligent surveillance camera with a built in-DVR provides audio and video analytics, enabling Mace CSSS dealers an affordable solution for remote monitoring. Although video analytics tools have been in the marketplace for several years, they have been costly and targeted at larger surveillance systems. VideoIQ’s lower installation costs and ease of operation make it attractive to all sizes of security installations.

The VideoIQ iCVR is the only intelligent camera and encoder family that requires no calibration—users can simply plug it in and begin using it immediately.
