On May 24, 2022, NextPlay Technologies, Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), will participate in the H.C. Wainwright Cryptocurrency, Blockchain, and Fintech Conference. Nithinan Boonyawattanapisut, the Company’s Co-Chief Executive Officer, will provide an on-demand presentation of the Company’s NextFinTech business segments at the conference, which will be available at 7:00 am Eastern Time on May 24, 2022. A copy of the presentation is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K (this “Report”) as Exhibit 99.1.
