Item 8.01 Other Events.

 

On February 20, 2019, Taronis Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) will change its ticker symbol from “MNGA” to “TRNX”. The ticker symbol change will be effective at the open of the Nasdaq Capital Market on Wednesday February 20, 2019.
