National Atlantic Holdings Corp. has announced that Cynthia L. Codella, Executive Vice President and Secretary, is no longer employed by the Company. Ms. Codella's former responsibilities included serving as head of the claims department of the Proformance Insurance Company, National Atlantic's main operating subsidiary. Bruce C. Bassman, Chief Operating Officer, will assume this role temporarily until a suitable replacement for Ms. Codella has been retained.
