FREEHOLD, N.J., Jan. 7 /PRNewswire/ -- The Proformance Insurance Company, the main operating subsidiary of National Atlantic Holdings Corp. (NASDAQ:NAHC), a provider of specialized property-casualty insurance products based in Freehold, N.J., today announced that it has appointed Thomas Glowacki, 54, as Vice President of Claims. "With more than 30 years experience in the industry, Mr. Glowacki has significant claims handling experience in all insurance lines," said James V. Gorman, Chief Executive Officer of Proformance. Prior to joining Proformance, Mr. Glowacki served as the New Jersey Regional Liability Claims Manager for Hanover Insurance Group, where he was responsible for claims operations in four states, including New Jersey. Previously, he held various claims management positions at Hanover Insurance Group, as well as Commercial Union Insurance Company and Safeco Insurance Company. Mr. Glowacki holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Seton Hall University of South Orange, N.J. and is a life-long resident of New Jersey.
