Selection Recognizes Nashua Label Division's RFID Capabilities and
Positions Company to Help Customers Utilize Advanced RFID Solutions

specialty papers, and imaging products, today announced that Alien
Technology(R) Corporation has named the Company's Label Division a
"Certified Preferred Converter Partner." Partner status recognizes
the Label Division's Radio Frequency Identification (RFID)
capabilities and strengthens the relationship between Nashua and
Alien Technology Corporation, a leading supplier of inlays and
other RFID hardware and components. Alien Technology initiated the
Certified Preferred Converter Partner program in order to team with
key industry leaders such as Nashua, which utilizes RFID technology
in the low cost, high quality inventory and product tracking
solutions applications it provides its customers. Nashua's Label
Division previously had been named an Alien Technology Qualified
Label Converter Partner in May 2005. "Selection as a Partner has
