SAN PEDRO, Calif., Oct. 31 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Henry's Farmers Market, an extraordinary fresh foods grocery store and leading resource for produce and natural foods, announced plans to hire up to 100 full- and part-time employees for its new San Pedro store located at 820 North Western Avenue in the Park Plaza development. The store is scheduled to open in mid-December 2006. The company's job fair will be held on Friday, Nov. 3 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturday, Nov. 4 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Applicants should apply in person at the Doubletree Hotel at 2800 Via Cabrillo Marina in San Pedro. Henry's is hiring during the next month to ensure that the new store is fully staffed for its grand opening in December. Positions are available across all levels of expertise, ranging from produce clerks and cashiers, to assistant managers. Previous grocery experience is not a requirement for employment at Henry's.
