As a result, OFSAM may be deemed to beneficially own the securities held by OFS Funding I, LLC by virtue of its ownership interest in OFS Funding I, LLC. OFS Capital Management, LLC, investment adviser to OFS Credit Company, Inc., is wholly-owned by OFSAM.
(2)	Subscription Rights entitled the holders thereof to purchase one new share of Common Stock for every two rights held.
