Preferred Convertible Stock (the “Series C Preferred Stock”), has exercised an aggregate of 9,793 shares of Series C Preferred Stock effective as of October 17, 2023. As a result of such exercise, the number of the Company’s total issued and
outstanding common shares is 7,448,216.
