Parlux Fragrances, Inc. (Nasdaq:PARL) announced today that it plans to release its unaudited Fiscal 2012, 3rd quarter results for the period ended December 31, 2012 today, Wednesday, February 8, 2012, after the market closes. The Company intends to file its Form 10-Q shortly thereafter.
