Chambers has been named its senior vice president of human resources. "Jeff brings a multi-dimensional approach to human resources that will help PRA grow," said Chief Executive Officer, Terry Bieker. "His background includes labor and employment law in addition to strong tactical and strategic skills in business management and human resources. Jeff has a successful record of negotiating complex transactions, building consensus and leading by example. Before joining PRA, Mr. Chambers spent eight years as vice president, human resources for SAS, the world's largest private software developer. Prior to this role, Mr. Chambers was Senior Corporate Counsel, specializing in employment law. He joined that company in 1992. Mr. Chambers holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Bucknell University, Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, and a juris doctor degree from Villanova University of Law, Villanova, Pennsylvania. In addition, he has completed leadership skills courses at the Center for Creative Leadership in Greensboro, North Carolina and Colorado Springs, Colorado. Mr. Chambers is a member of the bar in Massachusetts, the District of Columbia and North Carolina. He also serves as a director on several boards: Fidelity Investments' Client Advisory Board, WorldatWork, and Cary Area Emergency Management Services.
