Standard & Poor's Announces Change to U.S. Index

NEW YORK, Jan. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Ticketmaster Entertainment Inc.
(NASDAQ: TKTM) will be removed from the S&P SmallCap 600 index
after the close of trading tomorrow, Tuesday, January, 26.
Ticketmaster Entertainment is being acquired by S&P SmallCap
600 constituent Live Nation Inc. (NYSE:LYV) in a deal expected to
be completed on or about that date. Ticketmaster Entertainment's
place in the S&P SmallCap 600 index will be taken by NCI Inc.
(NASDAQ:NCIT) after the close of trading on Monday, February 1. The
index will trade with 599 constituents until that time. Standard
& Poor's will monitor these transactions, and post any relevant

provides information technology, engineering, and professional
