      Acquisitor Holdings increases interest in Baltimore Technologies plc


Following the purchase of 475,000 shares on 28 November 2003, Acquisitor
Holdings has informed Baltimore Technologies plc that it has an interest in
2,843,736 ordinary shares of Baltimore Technologies plc, representing 5.29% of
the issued share capital.

The shares will be registered in the name of Hanover Nominees Limited.

Acquisitor Holdings endeavours to achieve a high rate of capital growth for its
shareholders by acquiring significant holdings in companies, which the members
of its Board of Directors consider to be fundamentally sound but which are
valued at a discount to the Directors' estimate of their private market value.
