Savannah Couple To Tie The Knot at Cingular Store SAVANNAH, Ga., Feb. 9 /PRNewswire/ -- Apparently the signal strength was off the charts at the Savannah Cingular Wireless store where customers Mary Osako and Larry Atkins met almost a year-and-a-half ago. The duo will return to the store on February 12, 2005 to enter into a different type of contract.
