Spring Communications and Cingular Wireless Announce Major Retail Expansion Agreement in Colorado and Utah Spring Communications becomes first Cingular premier exclusive agent in the region DENVER and SALT LAKE CITY, Feb. 22 /PRNewswire/ -- Spring Communications, a leading wireless retailer and Cingular Wireless, the nation's largest wireless carrier with over 49 million customers have reached an agreement that will more than double the number of Spring Communications retail locations selling Cingular Wireless products and services in Utah and Colorado. As a premier exclusive agent Spring Communications will brand these stores as Cingular and sell Cingular products and services exclusively.
