-- Cingular Wireless customers in South Florida now have more bars

in Miami-Dade, Broward and St. Lucie counties. The new sites are
part of a $6.2 billion commitment from the nation's largest
wireless carrier to enhance and expand its ALLOVER(SM) network*
nationwide. Since January of this year, Cingular has activated nine
new cell sites in South Florida and plans to turn on six more
before end of year. "Our primary goal is to provide high-quality
coverage wherever you go," said Rich Guidotti, vice president and
general manager of Cingular Wireless South Florida. "Better
coverage is what consumers want, and better coverage is what
Cingular is delivering." The six new cell sites are boosting
coverage in the following areas: - Along U.S. 1 from N.E. 99th
Street to N.E. 110th Street and in the residential areas east and
west of U.S. 1 in Miami Shores and North Miami; - The growing
residential areas in the Redlands along Krome Avenue near S.W.
105th Street in southwest Miami-Dade County; - West Hialeah and
Hialeah Gardens in northwest Miami-Dade County and along I-75, N.W.
138th Street and S.W. Miami Lakes; - The Country Estates community
in western Broward County, located between Griffin Road and
Sheridan Street and bordered by U.S. Highway 27 to the west and
N.W. 172nd Avenue to the east in Pembroke Pines; - The north and
south side of West Midway Road in Fort Pierce (St. Lucie County),
just southeast of the I-95/Turnpike crossover; and - South of
downtown Coral Gables along Douglas Road/S.W. 37th Avenue from
Coral Way/S.W. 22nd Street to U.S. 1 and west to Ponce de Leon
Boulevard. Since its merger with AT&T Wireless last fall,
Cingular has focused on high-quality coverage, reliability and
reach. Cingular's ALLOVER(SM) Network* now covers more than 270
million people and provides service throughout the U.S., including
the top 100 markets. When the integration of the two networks in
South Florida is completed in the summer of 2006, Cingular will
have nearly 600 cell sites throughout the area. By the end of 2006
when the networks have been integrated nationwide, Cingular
customers will have access to some 45,000 cell sites. *Coverage not
