Nine New Cell Sites Enhance Network in Kent, New Castle and Sussex Counties WILMINGTON, Del., Nov. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- Cingular Wireless, the nation's largest wireless carrier, has turned on nine new cell sites providing enhanced coverage in Kent, New Castle and Sussex Counties. The company is spending $225 million this year on many network improvements including the addition of 100 new cell sites, as well as back-up generators and batteries throughout Delaware, southern New Jersey, and eastern Pennsylvania.
