Standard & Poor's Announces Change to U.S. Index

NEW YORK, Oct. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Chipotle Mexican Grill, Inc.
(NYSE:CMG) will replace Bowater Inc. (NYSE:BOW) in the S&P
MidCap 400 after the close of trading on Friday, October 26.
Bowater and Abitibi-Consolidated Inc. (NYSE:ABY) are merging to
form AbitibiBowater Inc. (NYSE:ABH), in a deal that is expected to
close on or about that date, pending final approvals.
AbitibiBowater will not be added to the S&P 1500 at this time.

Chipotle Mexican Grill engages in the development and operation of
fast- casual, Mexican food restaurants in the United States.
Headquartered in Denver, CO, the company will be added to the
