DuPont Fabros Technology Inc. (NYSE:DFT), a leading owner, developer, operator and manager of enterprise-class, carrier-neutral, large-scale, multi-tenant wholesale data centers, today announced that the Company’s Board of Directors has declared cash dividends on shares of both its common and preferred stock for the second quarter of 2017. The following dividends have been declared:

• The Company will pay a $0.50 per common share dividend on July 17, 2017, to shareholders of record as of July 3, 2017;
• The Company will pay a $0.4140625 per share dividend on the 6.625% Series C Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock on August 15, 2017, to shareholders of record as of August 1, 2017.
