Encore Energy Partners LP Announces Third Quarter 2011 Quarterly Distribution

Encore Energy Partners LP (NYSE: ENP) (“Encore”) announced today that the board of directors of its general partner has declared a cash distribution attributable to the third quarter of 2011 of $0.47 per unit payable on November 14, 2011 to unitholders of record on November 7, 2011. This represents a $0.03 decrease from the third quarter 2010 and unchanged from the quarterly distribution paid for the second quarter of 2011.
