GasLog Ltd. Announces Appointment of New Director

GasLog Ltd. (“GasLog” or the “Company”) (NYSE:GLOG) today
announced that the Board has appointed Mr. Donald Kintzer as a new
independent member of the Board of GasLog effective 27 October,
2014. Donald Kintzer has also been appointed a member of the Audit
& Risk Committee of the Company. Mr. Kintzer will remain a
member of the Board and Chairman of the Audit Committee of GasLog
Partners LP.
Mr. Kintzer was a partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP
("PwC"), having retired in 2008, after an association of over 31
years. From 2005 to 2008, he was the managing partner of PwC’s West
Region (US) Advisory practice, including the San Francisco/Silicon
Valley market and was a member of PwC’s national leadership team.
Mr. Kintzer is a certified public accountant, licensed in
California (inactive) and is a member of the American Institute of
Certified Public Accountants ("CPAs") and the California Society of
CPAs. In addition to serving on the board of GasLog Partners LP,
Mr. Kintzer is a member of the board of governors of Lawrence
Livermore National Security, LLC and Los Alamos National Security,
LLC and is a member of the board of directors of California Bank of
Commerce. Mr. Kintzer received an A.B. from Lafayette College and
an M.B.A. from Pennsylvania State University. Prior to graduate
school, Mr. Kintzer served as an officer in the United States Air
Force.
