BETHESDA, Md., Dec. 15 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Host Marriott Corporation (NYSE:HMT) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.12 per share on the Company's common stock. The dividend is payable on January 17, 2006 to stockholders of record on December 31, 2005. The preferred dividend is payable on January 17, 2006 to stockholders of record at the close of business on December 31, 2005.
