Harmony Gold Receives Encouraging Exploration Results at Kalgold Project

Harmony Gold Mining Company Ltd. (HAR.JO) said Monday that it
received encouraging exploration results for its Kalgold open-pit
operation in South Africa.
The miner said the results from exploration drilling at Kalgold
indicate an expanded, robust mineralized system that extends beyond
the current resource limits.
Chief Executive Peter Steenkamp said intersections at the
project show good geology and mineralization continuity and present
a growth opportunity for Harmony.
The company said it will prepare an updated mineral resource
estimate incorporating the exploration data, which will form the
basis of prefeasibility studies planned for 2019.
