The following table lists unplanned and planned production outages at U.S. refineries as reported by Dow Jones Newswires. The information is compiled from both official and unofficial refining sources and doesn't purport to be a comprehensive list.

Hovensa's (HES) key gasoline-making unit at its St. Croix refinery returned to service Monday following about six weeks of planned turnaroun maintenance, the company said.

Harvest Energy Trust (HTE) said Monday that its Come By Chance refinery in Newfoundland, Canada, will operate a full rates by the end of March. The company decided to idle the entire refinery in early January, after a fire at an isomax unit. That decision, fueled by poor refining economics, allowed maintenance to be advanced. Harvest is owned by the Korean National Oil Company.

A minor fire Saturday at ExxonMobil's (XOM) Beaumont, Texas, refinery was extinguished quickly and caused no injuries, a company spokesman said. A crude distillation unit suffered minor damage; no further details were provided.
