Explanation of Responses:
(1)	Reflects the weighted average price of 56,450 shares of common stock of PARTS iD, Inc. purchased by the reporting person in multiple transactions on December 6, 2021 with purchase prices ranging from $2.08 to $2.30 per share. The reporting person undertakes to provide upon request by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission staff, the issuer, or a security holder of the issuer, full information regarding the number of shares purchased at each separate price.
(2)	Mr. Rigaud is the managing member of Legacy Acquisition Sponsor I LLC and serves as a director of the issuer and may be deemed to have beneficial ownership of such shares of Class A common stock; however, Mr. Rigaud disclaims beneficial ownership of such shares except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein.
