Mirion’s Chief Executive Officer, Thomas Logan, will reassume responsibilities of Medical Group President until permanent successor is named

Mirion (“we” or the “company”) (NYSE: MIR), a global provider of radiation detection, measurement, analysis and monitoring solutions to the medical, nuclear, defense, and research end markets, today announced that Michael Rossi has informed the Company of his decision to resign as Medical Group President, effective November 1, 2023, in order to assume a CEO role at another public company.

Mirion’s Chief Executive Officer, Thomas Logan, will reassume the responsibilities of Medical Group President until a permanent successor is named. Mr. Logan had previously served as acting Medical Group President through much of 2022.
