As you may have heard, our parent companyPolyporehas signed definitive agreements for the sale of the company. In the merger agreement, Asahi Kasei
Corporation will purchase the Company, andas an integrated step in this transaction, immediately prior to Asahi Kasei acquisition of Polypore3M will acquire the assets of Polypore Separations Media segment, which is our Membrana
business. We have posted the full press release in the Investor Relations section of our web site at www.polypore.net.
We believe this is a great
strategic fit for the [Daramic, Celgard, Membrana] business and a positive development for the industry. Naturally, the transaction is pending the necessary regulatory and shareholder approvals. This process will be transparent to you and we will
