Stull, Stull & Brody Announces Investigation on Behalf of Shareholders of RiskMetrics Group, Inc.

RISK’s Chief Executive Officer and certain other RISK shareholders entered into a voting agreement with MSCI in which they agreed to vote approximately 54% of RISK’s outstanding common stock in favor of the proposed transaction.
