LONDON, May 19, 2011 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Global brewer SABMiller today reported "strong" full-year 2011 results in what it said remained mixed market conditions.

In an interview with financial broadcaster http://www.cantos.com, CEO Graham Mackay said while emerging markets were doing well, growth in Europe and the US was still "muted".
