Standard & Poor's Announces Change to U.S. Index

NEW YORK, July 27 /PRNewswire/ -- Hersha Hospitality Trust
(AMEX:HT) will replace Spirit Finance Corp. (NYSE:SFC) in the
S&P REIT Composite after the close of trading on Tuesday, July
31. Spirit Finance is being acquired by a consortium led by
Macquarie bank in a deal that is expected to close on or about that
date, pending final approvals. Standard & Poor's will monitor
