members to its prestigious board of directors.
Michael Sneed is Worldwide
Vice President of Global Corporate Affairs for Johnson &
Johnson. Michael previously served as Company Group Chairman and
Global President of Personal Products Company for Johnson &
Johnson. Michael is on the board of trustees at Macalester College and a member of the Executive
Committee of the Board of Directors of Family Service Association.
He also serves on the Executive Committee of the Ad Council.
Michael holds a MBA from the Tuck School of Business at
Dartmouth College.
Loretta A. Penn serves as
the president of PECC, LLC, an executive coaching and consulting
company in Fairfax Station,
Virginia, since she founded the company in 2012. She is the
former President of Spherion Staffing Services, a $1.1B division of SFN Group, Inc. (NYSE:SFN) a
staffing and recruiting professional services company,
headquartered in Ft. Lauderdale,
FL. She serves on the Board of Directors for TECO Energy,
The North Highland Company, Executive Chair of the Board for YUPRO
and the Caruth Institute for Learning, Lyle
School of Engineering at Southern
Methodist University. Loretta holds a BS from North Texas University and a Certificate of Studies
from Harvard University.
Marc Andersen serves as
the International Government & Public Sector Leader for Ernst
& Young. Prior to his appointment, Marc created and launched
EY's Federal Advisory business. Marc serves on the Youth For
Tomorrow Board of Trustees, The Fairfax
County Public Schools Foundation Board, The George Mason University Business School Dean's
Counsel and Mason GovCon Advisory Board, the Tower Club Board of
Governors, the High Point University
President's Leadership Cabinet and is a member of the Great Falls, VA Rotary Club. Marc earned his
Bachelor's degree in Economics at George Mason
University.
