STAG Industrial, Inc. Announces Commencement of Initial Public Offering

STAG Industrial, Inc. (the "Company") today announced the
commencement of an initial public offering of 13,750,000 shares of
its common stock. The Company intends to grant the underwriters of
the offering a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional
2,062,500 shares to cover overallotments, if any. The shares of
common stock have been approved for listing on the New York Stock
Exchange, subject to official notice of issuance, under the symbol
“STIR”.
BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan and UBS Investment Bank are the
joint book-running managers for the offering, and RBC Capital
Markets, Evercore Partners, Keefe, Bruyette & Woods and RBS are
the co-managers for the offering.
