Goldfarb Branham LLP is investigating whether the Syniverse
Holdings, Inc. Board of Directors (NYSE: SVR) breached fiduciary
duties in connection with their attempt to complete a sale of the
company to The Carlyle Group. Under the terms of the proposed
transaction, Syniverse shareholders are to receive $31.00 in cash
for each share they own. Shareholders with concerns about this
transaction are encouraged to contact attorney Hamilton Lindley at
877-583-2855.
“For the past twelve months, Syniverse stock has increased
approximately 37%, and just two months ago the company announced
strong second quarter results,” said securities lawyer Hamilton
Lindley. “Additionally, the company expects to reach a record $600
million in revenue for 2010. Our proposed class action lawsuit
seeks to maximize the amount of money and information for
shareholders.”
