Virgin Mobile USA (NYSE: VM) announced today its title sponsorship of the upcoming Lady Gaga North American concert tour. The tour, "Virgin Mobile Presents The Monster Ball Starring Lady Gaga," features special guest Kid Cudi. Lady Gaga is the only artist since the inception of monitored radio airplay to claim four #1 hits from a debut album ("Just Dance," "Poker Face," "LoveGame" and "Paparazzi"). The pop-electro opera tour is due to kick off in the U.S. on December 1, 2009 in Boston.

For the first time, Virgin Mobile USA will extend its innovative "Free I.P." program to a national tour, offering fans who volunteer their time to homeless youth organizations access to free show tickets.

Virgin Mobile USA's "FREE I.P." volunteer program originated at Virgin Mobile FreeFest, held this past August. The initiative gives concert fans the chance to receive premium tickets in exchange for volunteer hours at local homeless youth organizations throughout the country. This past summer, the "FREE I.P." program at FreeFest generated more than 30,000 hours of community service by concert-goers. The volunteer program will start with Lady Gaga's San Francisco concert on December 13 and include all U.S. cities on the tour through January 24.
