Ten Lifestyle Group PLC said Thursday that it has signed a multiple year contract with Westpac Banking Corp. to provide digitally-enabled travel and lifestyle concierge services to the bank's premium credit-card Australia-based customers.

The U.K.-listed concierge platform said the service is expected to launch in the second half of this year and that its value will grow to reach between 250,000 pounds and 2 million pounds ($318,325-$2.5 million) within 12 months.

Shares at 1110 GMT were up 4.25 pence, or 4.7%, at 95.00 pence.
