This current report on Form 6-K was furnished in connection with the resignation of Mr. Hui Teng, the chief actuary of Waterdrop Inc. (the “Company”), effective December 15, 2023, for personal reasons without involving any disagreement with the Company with regard to its business, finance, accounting or any other affairs. The Company is grateful to Mr. Teng for his valuable contributions over the past years and wishes Mr. Teng all the best in his future endeavors.
