*               Following a recent sale, Dr Valerie Rose no longer holds a
notifiable interest in the Company.



*               Notification was received from ISIS Asset Management Plc, dated
19 September 2003, that as a result of a purchase of 175,000 ordinary shares,
the Friends Provident Group and its Fund Management Companies are interested in
the shares below through client holdings:

*               Notification was received from ISIS Asset Management Plc, dated
23 September 2003, that as a result of a purchase of 50,000 ordinary shares,
Active Capital Trust, a client of ISIS Asset Management Plc, holds 516,748
ordinary shares representing 3.24%.  These shares are registered in the name of
Chase Nominee.
