The 75,985 square foot facility marks the completion of the first fully integrated project for Cogdell Spencer ERDMAN. The company provided design/build (architectural, engineering and construction), development and property management services on the medical office building and outpatient treatment center. The three-story project at located 4724 N. Davis Highway in Pensacola is 100 percent leased by the physicians of Woodlands Medical Specialists. The facility is a joint venture with Cogdell Spencer Inc., a healthcare real estate investment trust (REIT) owning 40 percent and Gen-Ex Holdings, LLC (a group of local physicians) owning 60 percent. The facility is managed by Cogdell Spencer ERDMAN.
