Capture market, announces that it was informed by M&G Investments by a letter
dated 11 August 2003 that Prudential plc and certain of its subsidiary companies
had an interest in 648,184 Ordinary Shares in DICOM Group. This represents 3.10%
of DICOM Group's issued share capital, based on 20,909,900 shares in issue.
