DICOM Group plc: Director Shareholding


DICOM Group plc ("DICOM Group"), a global leader in the Electronic Document
Capture market, announces that it was notified by its non-executive Chairman,
Otto Schmid, that he sold 250,000 ordinary shares in DICOM Group at 610p per
share. The shares have been placed with institutions by HSBC, DICOM Group's
stockbrokers and corporate finance adviser.


Mr Schmid (65) was a co-founder of DICOM Group in 1991 and retired from his
Executive position as Chairman on the main Board in July 2002.


Mr Schmid's holding in DICOM Group is now 537,589 ordinary shares.
