CSM ClearStream Energy Services Inc

CSM Systems Corp. (TSX VENTURE:CKX) ("CSM") announces that in response to recent
market activity, Market Surveillance has requested that CSM issue a statement
accounting for the high level of trading activity in the common shares of CSM
and accounting for the upward movement in CSM's share price.


CSM's management confirms that, to the best of its knowledge, it is not aware of
any reason for the recent increase in share price or market activity.
